Firstly, the freedom to express ourselves before God
as only Congress knows how? To do it our way so to speak? That freedom has been
expressed in many different ways over the last 20 months, and really you have
to be there to know what I am talking about. However, I will give you a little
hint? Everything can change at the drop of a hat.
Those people who have managed to catch a glimpse of Congress on a Sunday night
in Port Augusta, will already know that there is much singing to the LORD.
There is also a great time of sharing from many keen participants who not
only share songs, but also share the many blessings God has bestowed upon them.
The word of God shared
in worship enlightens the whole of the Congress community regarding many
issues that happen in Port Augusta.
For Congress the word of God continues to
be a powerful and prophetic revelation in Port Augusta.
Secondly, the fellowship around a meal. It is one of the highlights of Sunday
night's worship without a doubt. Many people will say it is the best part of
the whole night. You have to be there simply because the place is buzzing after
a great worship time together, and there is nothing better that sitting down
together to do exactly that. Sometimes people start singing again, and who
knows what happens next. Only God knows. Anyway the best way to experience
worship with Congress is to come and be part of the whole service.
It is different, but it is a great place to be!
